Base Building
Locations, layouts and automation blueprints for your bases.
Staffing the base
A base only performs as well as the Pals assigned to it. The usual mistake is filling slots with the first Pals you catch: they cover many skills badly instead of one skill well. Pick a dedicated specialist per job, keep the work list short, and make sure food production outpaces consumption before you add more stations.

Base limits and what actually restricts you
Three separate caps govern a base: how many bases you can own, how many Pals each base can hold, and how far the build area extends. Base count and Pal cap are tied to your base level, which rises as you build and upgrade structures, so a base that feels cramped is usually a level problem rather than a space problem. Before expanding, make sure food production keeps up — a base that outgrows its farm will constantly have starving Pals and shut down production exactly when you need it.
